I can relate to this book so much. When it comes to anxiety/depression, news can trigger the way you feel. Besides that it doesn’t help you learn more. It’s most of the time, entertaining, not educational. Research papers/journals/books is the way to go basically. Peaceful reading session in a café. Feeling content.

I read about: mind-body healing practices; top down, bottom up, healing the gut (very interesting, I’ve been doing more research about this lately, mind blowing), healing sleep (besides this book I’m reading a book about why sleep is important, which is something I’ve been thinking about more as well). The holistic approach is a yes for me!

I can relate so much to the words in this book. It's exactly what I needed. From anxiety, depression, addiction, to finding your purpose, genuine self-love, finding about some patterns I was unaware of and dealing with disappointing yourself versus disappointing others. It makes you want to continue your spiritual growth.
