I really enjoy this author's books & this one was no exception at least at the beginning. Intersting story line, tho a bit expected. moving further into the book, it became a hodge podge with no real direction. I don't want to go into detail, but the village celebration fell short of making any kind of sense. Nothing connected, characters were left hanging and there wasn't any real closure at the end. Disappointing.

I LOVE this authors books and this one does not disappoint! Great characters, intersting twists. I'm thoroughly enjoying it and so glad that this is going to be a series! It brings to light real live cultism in America.

So~so book. I've read far better and much worse by this author. As expected, there was an interesting twist that I'll admit I didn't pick up until the end but it was lacking something that all her other books have and I just can't put my finger on it.

A good read. Not one of her best works however. It was very slow moving and lacked any excitement. There are some books you just can't wait to finish, just to find out what happens and then there are books you can't wait to finish, just to finish. 'The Haunting of Hardlocke House' was the latter.

I am loving this book as much as the 1st installment!

Another well written booky by Lee Mountford. Reading this book shed a little light on the happenings in Haunted: Perron Manor. I don't want to give anything away for someone who hasn't read either yet, so I'll just leave off saying that this series is definitely worth the read!

I just finished 'Opening the Door' which I absolutely LOVED due to the connection with Aleister Crowley. I've always been fascinated, yet repulsed by him.

I really like the fact that the stories I've read so far are very different from each other. Very enjoyable so far!
