Erza, Gray, Lucy & happy are intercepted on the way and Erza stars back to take care of them - Gray goes to face Leon. He tried to convince him to stop and tell him Ur is the ice that is currently freezing Deloria - but Leon already knew and stabs Gray.

Leon regains consciousness and is upset the Ur is getting beaten. He starts to perform iced shell but Ur stops him because the spell ruins the users body and she uses it herself. Before she turns to ice from the spell she tells Gray to tell Leon she died. When Leon comes round again - Deloria is in ice and Gray has told Leon Ur died - Leon blames Gray for her death because he went after Deloria

Gray ran off because this training was going to slow and he wanted to avenge his parents- he went after Deloria. Ur and Leon are there and Leon is unconscious - Ur tells gray to grab Leon and run. They have a little heart to heart.

This also explains his wierd habit of stripping to his boxers.

His village was attacked by Deloria (10years ago). Ur and Leon were passing by who found and saved Gray. Ur trained them both in ice magery.

Natsu reaches the cave where Deloria (demon in ice) and Leon and the members of his crew that remain are.
Natsu and Leon fight, during this we learn that Leon wants to defeat Deloria to surpass Ur - Ur died because of Gray. And she couldn’t defeat Deloria.

Gray, Erza, Lucy and happy are on there way to the battle. Aswell. Gray tells his backstory

Gray just faced of Wrza (verbally) saying he is going to finish this job no matter what.

Natsu beats the guy that can eliminate magic in his bubble around him and the electric guy. Lucy fights the puppetier woman who can control anything that’s not human. Just as Lucy is about to get squashed, a Erza comes and saves her. She’s fuming because they took an S-class mission and looking for Natsu. Lucy tries to explain the villagers need help and they need to stop a demon from being revived.

Again having the correct tools or better tools can make you a lot more efficient at work. Yes you will make do with what you have but you should also try to make the systems better and suggest implementing better tools.
