But I gather from other detective stories that the Norfolk and Suffolk constabularies could scarcely be less in touch if they communicated only through Interpol.

I am listening to this one on Audible and quite enjoying it.

It is such a nice touch when the characters are reading one of your favourite writers, in this case Lisa Jewell.
