Bill Kupersmith is on page 33 of 204 of Julian of Norwich: Revelations of Divine Love (Annotated)
There are many contemporary editions of Julian's Shewings. I can handle a diplomatic scholarly old spelling text of the 14th century original, but I can't do philology and spirituality simultaneously. This version uses modern spelling but sticks close to the Middle English vocabulary. For example, "ghostly" means "spiritual".

Just finished the 11th Olympian. I never thought I'd ever read :Pindar in the original but this selection is very well annotated and with the help of Perseus Greek Word Study translating is a breeze.

'She didn’t think she needed a man until I turned up in her life with my Reiss overcoat and my suede Chelsea boots.'

If you encounter a guy wearing shoes like that, run as fast a you can.

Says the vicar, “I’m less a believer in trapped souls. I have faith that we’re claimed by one side or another after death and no one is forgotten. But if you’d like, I could bless the house again.”

“We’re not believers, I’m afraid,” Freddie says. “Your prayers would fall on stony ground.”

Had I been the vicar , I’d say, “The ghosts don’t care whether you believe or not.”

Bill Kupersmith is 39% done with Looking for Abigail (Sharma and Jackson #2)
I just love it that Abigail could be object of a police search in Norwich and wake up in hospital in Ipswich with no one knowing where she is. But I gather from other detective stories that the Norfolk and Suffolk constabularies could scarcely be less in touch if they communicated only through Interpol.

Odysseus and the sons of Atreus will fall over laughing with glee when they hear of the death of Ajax.

So typical!

τάχος γὰρ ἔργου καὶ ποδῶν ἅμ᾽ ἕψεται,

‘Speed of deed and feet will go together.’ Hendiadys is such and amusing figure of speech. The chorus mean they’ll go in a hurry.
