I bought this as a follow-up to an interest in the sail-making innovations of the Vikings. While the process of bucking the yarn, rather than the woven canvas was of interest, the main draw cards here turned out to be the historical connection to Australia through William Dampier and to TS Eliot. There are excellent photographs throughout.
