apart from the sixth finger business, i do prefer how this book is portraying anne. but on the other hand it is really pushing the narrative that mary boleyn is callous and bitter about anne’s relationship with henry?? which i feel wouldn’t have been the case.

I’m only 15 pages in and the main character is being described as “built like a twig”. Now I’m remembering why I don’t read romantasy.
