I knew I wasn't going to read at all on this trip and here I am a week later with hardly anything to show for it

Reading this book in Ukrainian now, and honestly I think I am pretty close to memorizing it here. This has been my most difficult foreign language read but has been made easier that I've read this book about 32,000 times now

Still 20 hours to go in this audiobook 🫡 but once again I'm enjoying this one so much!! I'm obviously not at the end so the jury is still out, but this might be my favorite one of the series so far

There's an evil character in this book that reminds me so much of the villain in The Shadow of the Wind, genuinely one of the most distressing and psychotic book characters ever to exist

This is so creepy, giving Stepford Wives vibes and I love it! The only thing is this author suffers majorly from the "women written by male authors" syndrome and it shows. Or even "men written by male authors" because what the heck. Noticing similar themes in this book that I found in Dark Matter too

For once in my life of reading romance books, I kinda don't know how this will end!

A lot of disturbing content, if what I just read about defeating a boss is any indicator for future chapters then this one might have to be a DNF too

I don't care about a single character in this book. Like not even remotely. But damn if it is not good language practice for me. Love learning mafia and prison slang

Been enjoying this one SO much. Every chapter is a gift

Already very graphic, though fun to read as someone who loves RPGs but can't play them right now otherwise she'd entirely neglect her family

I am so unwell....this book.......it's so good...I can hardly believe this is a classic...the tension..yearning.....emotionally-driven scenes....

Liking the pacing of this book a LOT more! So much action!
