This was a great book. I like that the author seems to have some similarities to the main character Daisy being Irish and Puerto Rican herself. It's a beautifully written story that spans generations. I love books that span generations as "Context"is one of my Strengths. I also appreciate that the text addresses health insurance and how often it isn't there when you need it to be.

Mystery isn't usually my genre but I liked the idea that this used the characters from the Great Gatsby. If you like mysteries this book is for you! If you also loved the Great Gatsby, you'll love this extension of the book.
