disappointed that this was one of the rare LK novels I did not fall in love with…everything about it was just okay, from the backstories to the storyline—there just wasn’t enough substance to convince me that the MCs were actually in love with each other, and the passion and emotion was just not there (shocking for anything written by LK) buttt I will give it grace since this was an early one so 3 stars!
