Stopped halfway through. Content was fine for what it is. Should have been a pamphlet - maybe 20 pages long. I imagine that maybe some men might appreciate the war stories from which the leadership lessons were drawn, but that's just not my cup of tea. It just feels like they're hyping war stories to hold the reader's interest.
