Shout out VIP for taking three hours to do a winter tire change over because I cruised through this; as I read it I can’t help but to think how those of us with fearful avoidant/dismissive avoidant attachment styles (or people who don’t truly know how to feel their feelings) might benefit from this. tbh, it should have been required reading in high school.
