Murakami's works feel like mysteries to be solved, puzzles to be pieced together but the pieces are in a labyrinth demanding a scavenger hunt. However, much like quantum physics, it feels as though the moment you solve the mystery is the same moment you have misunderstood the entire point.
Most lines must be read two or three times, yet the script is written almost scientifically, dripping with candor.
