Horrible! Pie in the sky proposals. His ideas are actually spot on, but given Mankind’s depravity and current political landscape it will never happen. Global warming and climate change are already beyond the point of no return.
The author just needs to visit south of our border and Eastern European nations and India and especially Communist China. That will reality check his optimism.
