Giggling and kicking my feet here

I have way too little time to read :((

Ooooh that's why he's called Peter. Pretty sure that's a Peter Pan reference

As always, this feels like a completely different story than all of Kuang's other works, and I love it already. Her characters are always so real :)

This is a reallyyyy slow read compared to the other books I've read recently

You are not friends, you literally spent not even a single day with her 😭

It does not really make sense to me that there are so many servants and people in this manor but nobody heard him knocking and there was only one light on?

Hmm so the beginning is really abrupt but we'll see how it goes

starting this just for my reading streak on table xD

There are so many beautiful quotes in this. I think I might have to buy my own version, reread and annotate it

He's dead or dying, isn't he? 😭😭

That's actually so beautiful, I can't

Lockwood would make an excellent cult leader

Barnes might be one of my favourite characters xD

"It's like a bad dream... But it's real!" They ... really didn't focus on the writing in this one, did they? 🥲

Older comics are so unhinged, why is Batman remembering a giant bowling ball that he had to circumnavigate around Robin or he'd be crushed? How did they even end up in a situation like this 😭

Oooh they're named after Orpheus, I love that :D

The only thing pissing me off about those books is how judgemental Lucy is. And how much she despises other girls for no reason?
