I’m on chapter two and I’m enthralled, enchanted, and horrifically, laughingly, disgusted by turns, but I have been wondering WHAT THE HELL AM I READING? all the while. The reviewer who explained the book three finally delineates that it is all about “demons making their way into our breakdowns” helps, but this novel is a romping delight even without “knowing” that detail.

This reads, for all the world, like accessible and violently apt, powerful, poetry. Yet weaves a story of loneliness and redemption. Do yourself a favor and pick it up.
