This is extremely boring and clunky-written so far...

I love how now I'm reading Dune, apparently. JLA decided to throw *everything at hand* into this book.

I don't really buy the since-I'm-a-scientist-I-need-to-be-shitty-to-people, but, oh well, let's see where this goes.
