Struggling with this one! It just seems like the same scenario told a different way over and over and it doesn’t flow to me.

If you’re going to build a “my parents buy my love with material things” kind of character, at least spell G-Wagon correctly 😭

Love, love, LOVE this book so far!

I’m not getting it… Jane Eyre was easier to read than this!

I’m not connecting with the characters, and whilst I understand the basic storyline I’m just not getting it at all.

I’m trying so hard to drag through this book but I fear it’s gonna be a DNF

Still not really getting into this book. The action is in random blasts here and there, it doesn’t flow at all.

178 pages in - so far, not understanding the hype. The concept was promising, but the characters seem really flat and the storyline seems to unfold in sudden bursts as opposed to a steady flow of narrative. I find myself confused as to what’s actually happening a lot of the time!

I am so close to completing my reading challenge ✨
