I’ll say I started this, realized I remembered nothing from HOEAB and had to go back and reread that again. Somehow forgot all about the Hunt/Vik/Justinian thing oops. Anyway I just paused to skim reviews because I got suddenly terrified that SJM would do that thing where she sets up a ship then goes PSYCH and breaks them up in the second novel to be “mates” with a different dude and tries to vilify the OG guy.
