this book is very clever

i love anabel so much. its so fun to get attached to characters and then you remember that they aren't real and all you have of them is what the author shares and your imagination plays with

So much to take in from the first section -- anger.
There is so much fear the revolves around that emotion. How do you show it? What does it mean? How do you acknowledge it in a healthy way and not let it bleed onto others? Growing up in a loud, aggressive, and scarily impusive household along with being a poc in predominatly white town, i was worried i would never learn how to navigate it properly. this section >>

oh, never mind. I did enjoy the first four pages of this chapter; it just took a gnarly turn.

Chapter 16 is by far my favorite.
