Officially entering my end-of-year short books era in a final effort to get closer to my reading goal.

Had to read this for uni three years ago, never finished it, it’s time I did.

Soft DNF at 37%. Just not connecting to the story, characters, or the writing. The absence of quotation marks is my bookish pet peeve. No line breaks either. Despite my best attempts, I think this simply isn't for me right now.
