this is taking me far longer to read than books normally do because i’m really struggling to find the time to read. i’m working basically full time and have just moved cities and i’ve got a lot going on, however!! still a class book i’m loving it

this is the summer of committing to big books and not to men

not had much time to read because i’ve moved cities!! i’m now a welsh resident!! but still a 10/10 book, very funny in a very morbid way

i’ve reached part two! i never want this book to finish

this is definitely a cultural difference/translation issue but every time a character says something ‘bad’ they seem to follow it with ‘heh heh heh’ and so it feels like all the villains are just giggling constantly

the audacity of fyodor pavlovich astounds me every time he sets foot on page

i can’t put this book down which is causing issues because it’s an absolute beast so i can’t take it anywhere

can already tell this’ll be a favourite

i’ve not read anything since finishing my dissertation and it’s so nice to read something without footnotes at the bottom of every page

i love this book

this is quite a sweet story focusing on a man and his grandfather so far… i’m scared for the sadness to kick in lol

i think this’ll be a 5 star read

the way that jane austen names all of her nicest, prettiest characters jane makes me so happy

i have a strong hatred of ayn rands philosophy and capitalist views but i’m weirdly very much enjoying this

i relate to emma far more than i should
