They are JUST NOW onto the killer, with about 30 minutes to go... either this is going to end on a cliffhanger or the ending will be rushed.

Just sitting in the drive-tru line listening to a spicy mlm scene... Ya know... Total normal thing to do.

I figured this would end on a cliffhanger, but it really didn't stop as sudden as I expected, so that's nice.

I'm really enjoying all these theories and information for this section. There are some bits about other cultural beliefs that has been oversimplified or lacks important additional information.

If this story is good at anything, it's good at keeping me uncertain of where any of this is going.

UGH. I can't believe it took me so long to realize what the supernatural thing is that's happening!
Also, man... some of the death in this story is just... really rough to take.

Now things are getting extra spooky like the climax is around the corner but there's still 4 hours left...

There was one surprise, but I was still right. Even though the plot is mostly straight forward, it has kept me interested so far.

Annnnd red herring #2 right on cue.
This is really making me think my theory is correct.

The author is trying really hard at a red haring and I am not convinced in the slightest. It's just making me think even more my theory is correct.

Almost half-way: 2 dead girls found; and before even the second went missing I got a theory as to who the murderer is.

So far this feels like a typical true-crime like mystery. I don't hate it. Just waiting to see if anything unique gets thrown in. It is different that the MC is already directly connected to a past series of disappearances. Also, love that the setting is in Louisiana.

This is confusing. There is a "they" character but it's more because multiple... *beings* in one body than a singular "they".

I was sitting there wondering "Where is the queer at??" and then, as if answered, a character made a comment about a potential "love interest" that suggests he is trans. Ah yes. There you are.

I find myself once again with a story of "We support women's wrongs"

The start almost went off with a bang!

BIG reveal, a "death," and then a big change right as it ends! Guess I shouldn't be surprised the cliffhangers are getting more intense.
