Just boring. Quit at 31% read

Restarted after stepping away for over a year. After 600 pages, want to quit again. Simply not interesting.

Boring and cliche. Quitting at over 50% read

Boring. Hate to quit a book but I am simply not engaged. Don’t understand so many strong reviews. I was hoping for a compelling read, like a Follett or Michener saga.

Within the first 10 pages ,title character is examined, biopsied, diagnosed, locked up, named in press, and placed in cattle car destined for Louisiana, forcibly separated from her husband and children. This socialite is denied bathroom privileges by an accompanying Nurse Ratchet and despite it all, begins ministering to her fellow lepers. Just can’t take anymore.

Never got so far in a book before quitting it.

Snooze fest. Cannot continue.
