I started the eARC last night, Christmas Eve, and as any other parent knows, that’s already a late night then diving into a new world 😅 I continued during my kiddos nap time today and am already mid-ch 11 and don’t want to put it down at all!!

The prologue alone is completely captivating, giving us a fantastic creation story for a new and unique world!

I cannot wait to continue!

Almost halfway and am not loving this. I’m bored. The insta-lust is not my favorite. I have a feeling the storyline could be ok (good, even) but I’m not feeling the characters at all - not connecting to even one.

I hate to DNF but I’m on the verge - is it worth it to push through?
