I love how she basically describes her own works here and I couldn’t agree more with this point. These books, this series is so dear to me that I wouldn’t mind if the books had been 2000+ pages long, and even then I would probably find that they are still not long enough. Every character, event, sentence and word has its rightful place and is essential to the story she decided to tell us and share with us.

done with Oro’s book. it was so heartbreaking and bittersweet to watch Oro fall in love with Isla. I do have much more love for him after his novella than I had before (bc we see so little of him in Skyshade) but idk if he’ll surpass Grim.

I just love these books so much, there’s so much soul in them🥹
