I'm so bored. I can't tell if it's the writing or the blandness of the main character. I'm not attached to the plot or the characters and feel like I've wasted my time. I've finally made it to Henry who I guess is going to be the only person to remember her and I just...don't care.

Really disappointing because it was so highly recommended. At least the cover is aesthetically pleasing enough to live on my shelf.

I'm only 2 chapters in and I'm already in love. Christelle's writing paints the most wonderful pictures. Like watching a studio Ghibli movie in my head. So excited to go on this adventure with Ophelia!

I'm struggling to get into this. The magic is poorly explained and described and I'm already thrown into a love triangle with characters I don't know and don't really care about. The idea and premise has so much promise and is just disappointed by rushed plot and not enough character development. Tabling for now, might come back later. Probably not.
