Switching to the classics cuz I need a change of pace. This is my first SH book

Ready for this to be over

I don’t want to pin all my hopes and dreams on this book but the premise sounds epic and the opening scene was good. The writing is tight so I’m hoping this once takes me out of my slump

😭😭😭 first I was like huh then I thought ok I think I might get it then I liked it for a second and now I’m annoyed and ready for it to be over

This is way more focused on medical procedurals than I anticipated. Also for the hook being finding a dead body at your exam the opening execution of this book is fairly dry

It’s an interesting concept but I’m not entirely sure this one is for me

Thear has a big 🍆… she mentions is twice within a few pages

HOTD without Daemon

No real substance but a good time

Why is there another love interest? Ughhh

This book is a wild ride

Book 2 in duology. For fans of HOTD/GOT

Mind control scents 🤣

Decent - family drama and decades of secrets slowly come to light. Slow start. Three stars so far. Could be higher or lower depending on the “reveal” and end.

The world building in this ebook makes no sense

This is a really slow start. Waiting for the inciting incident like please give me something besides the same repetitive thing. I get it. You and your sister didn’t like each other, she died and now you got everything… what else?

Change of pace… hitting up a thriller! Really strong start so far
