It just keeps getting better and better! I’ve been carried all the way from the womb into the political sphere and shown traumas corrosive impact at every level on our individual and collective physical and mental health. The final section ‘Pathways to Wholesome’ will shed some light on what on earth to do about it…

Okay this is immediately gorgeous

Having followed Nicole's work for a while and listened to her speak, I know there is a huge amount of wisdom in this book. However, the wildly (mis)interpretive use of commas is making it an absolute slog to read.
