No because I actually don’t think I like this book

Giiiiirl, I’m trying to finish this book but these chapters are insanely long. I’ve read 80 pages since the last update and it was ONLY 3 CHAPTERS. I love this book but my goodness gracious, I feel like I’m not making any progress. I still have 167 pages left. I also keep getting the ick from their “romantic” moments. Stop licking those damn tears and fight some evil. I’m in a mood

Here’s the thing, I’ve put off reading this book simply because everyone has already read it and to give myself some grace, I really only started reading 5.5 years ago. That being said, WHY DID EVERYONE LET ME GO THIS LONG WITHOUT READING THIS SERIES???

Where tf did Caleb go? And why is Darcy not questioning the fact that he’s always gone? But also, fuck everyone in Fairydale besides Caleb

The beginning had me hooked. Then it kind of got boring. Now, I’m giggling and obsessed. I don’t want to speak too soon but I’m hoping this book gets me out of my reading slump. I just want to keep reading it

Wait… hang on a damn fucking minute… we’re really just going to end this book on a cliff hanger and not know when the next book is coming out? Because it took 3 years between the last book and this book and I don’t think I can wait 3 years. Also, Gabriel? Gabe, babe. You really did that? You really went that far?

The reason he calls Wren “Her” and not her name, STOP IT RIGHT NOW, GABRIEL.
The fact he had Denis beat him up??? GABRIEL. I needed this mafia romance like I need air. They haven’t even KISSED, yet. He’s been OBSESSED with her for 3 FUCKING YEARS. We love a girl who doesn’t need a man but I’m gobbling up this damsel in distress

The Visconti brothers are a different breed of fictional mafia men. I am sat for Gabe. He just threatened to cut Wren’s tongue out and, as Taylor Swift said, “feels like you’re flirting with me.”

I just started this today and I’m obsessed. The HATRED, the TENSION. I don’t normally do RH or why-choose and I’m gobbling this shit up like it’s my lifeline. There hasn’t been a single kiss, a single TOUCH. Not. A. Single. Breadcrumb. Just a badass girl and 4 guys that hate her. And Atlas. 5 is a lot. Truly. And I’m scared. But the plot is plotting HARD

I love a good toxic romance but this is just too much. And they really don’t have any chemistry or tension. I’m done. I am not reading the epilogues. I’ve put myself through enough

Gareth bores me. Kayden is boring me. This plot is boring me. I will probably give this book 2 stars. It’s better than Empire of Desire but honestly, anything would be better than that disaster of a book

I hate this book

Is this book good? That’s debatable. Is it what I need right now? Yes

I’m doing another Releasing 10 update because I haven’t stopped thinking about it. Chloe Walsh poured her soul into this book. To find out that Lizzie’s story is based off of parts of her life and her story is inspiring. To read about BPD and SA without it being romanticized is such a relief. I will forever relate to Lizzie Young in so many ways. I love this series so much, I can’t wait for book 7

“She protected me when the man who was supposed to take care of us got too drunk on liquor and hit us or when his wife tried to get me addicted to meth.” I beg your finest pardon? His wife tried to WHAT? Are we just going to drop that little tidbit of information and not elaborate? Are we going to circle back to that? Because that’s wild. Meth? She tried to get you addicted to meth?

I’m not able to rate or leave a review for Releasing 10 because it has been temporarily blocked, since some people are leaving some NASTY reviews, so I’m going to put it here.
A million stars. Absolutely. I am heartbroken and reeling. I need the next book like I need air.

Her playing Silver Springs by Fleetwood Mac at 3:38 and him responding with Go Your Own Way by Fleetwood Mac is breaking my heart

Oh my… there is so much I’m taking in and I don’t think I have the headspace to keep going… I’m going to keep going but that’s not the point. I’m having to take breathers with this book

Two things: of course 7 year old Feely would be the one to tell everyone how getting pregnant works, using cows as the example.
I’m also crying because I love these people so much. Gibsie and Hugh’s fathers being best friends and being on the kids’ sides makes my heart so happy. Especially Joe unknowingly supporting Lizzie. I’m unwell, I’m not prepared to keep going

I will say this with my whole chest, I LOVE this trilogy. It has easily slipped into my top 5 and THIS book right here is incredible. I’m obsessed and I don’t want it to end
