This is a long audiobook...25 hours. I'll definitely not be getting this finished in the 20 days I have it. The language won't abide with little ears around. It's been good, though. A bit of a slow start. This might be one I would enjoy more by physically reading it instead of listening.

It’s okay so far. I think I know who’s doing the things. We shall see.

I'm liking this so far; I put it on when the babe was asleep and I had housework to do. Nothing like a good mystery/thriller when doing housework, haha.

I hope someone calls Jan out on her ish. I want to throat punch this character for her smugness

I’m not too far in on this one. There’s a new narrator and the characters don’t sound the same. I wonder why they don’t contract one narrator for an entire series or maybe they did and something came up. Either way it’s taking me a minute to adjust. I need to get going though because I am vested in these characters now.

The author just referenced three of my kiddo's favorite shows in one paragraph. This just makes my heart warm a touch. Who doesn't love Shellington and The Stick Song?

Tears during portions of this one. Tears.

I am not sure of where I am at on percentage complete, but I wish I had more time to listen. The plot just twisted!

Do I really have to pause the book to do adult things?

I’m enjoying the storyline thus far…and the narrator’s Scottish accent. ☺️
