This novel was so good, it felt like hot capuccino on a rainy day.
This complex plot had my head on a swivel, wondering " what now...?"
I was reintroduced to Dinah in a new light, and was swept through her entire life from birth to death.
After finishing read this book I felt so... whole!
Great work!

Even tbough this was his debut novel, this was my second Marlon James' read, and I must say, he did not disappoint.
It was mindblowing.

This was a slow read for me, it didnt grip me enough to kepp turning the pages swiftly.
However, the characters were believably sweet and I was in their corner, rooting for their love.
I just needed a little...more.
