So far the books i meh, nothing special about it, I don’t really feel anything for either Mc. I might dnf who knows, but so far it’s a bummer

Its a fkn cult!!! And as ususal it’s disgusting men who think they are owed everything they want. Bc sure raping someone isn’t bad it’s their right.
And the fkn women there as well?? That’s even more disappointing. Knowing shit like this actually happens in real life makes it worse

So far i don’t love it. I don’t feel that bone deep need to fly trough the pages bc I need to know more. It’s dark, really dark, but it’s also kinda boring. Hopefully it gets better bc I want to read it so I can understand the whole world better. Especially for the next lost book

The writing is inconsistent, and a bit weird

This is Great, funny at times, the characters I like them. The story is nice and simple and the slowburn so far nice

This book is one of those books I’ve seen on TikTok, and a lot of people have given 5stars,
So far this might be a 4, it’s intriguing sure, and the magic system is unique and different than a lot of other fantasy books.

But, I’m not salavating over it, I don’t have to force myself to stop reading because I just can’t put it down. Hopefully it gets better because I’m sadly disappointed so far.

I don’t know if I like it, the writing style and how the paragraphs are built isn’t the best. And I might have peeked at the end to see if I wanted to continue or just dnf, but there doesn’t seem to be actual spice spice, and I dunno might try a bit more. But 500 pages and I don’t like it yet seems like I won’t like it.

Im sorry but the psychopath would let his mate tell him to get on his knees and watch another man fuck her on his bed in his bedroom where no one is allowed in? No way, not even as a “punishment” would a psychopath allow that to happen. That whole scene was bad AF

When rook and Vex was high and loudly whispering sooo fun

I want to cry and scream with jem, Cador is brutally mean without having to be. And Jem is truly doing his best. I know that there will be a romance between them, but if Cadors behavior doesn’t change and some groveling then fuck this book.
