almost 2 weeks and I haven't even cracked a hundred pages... so not feeling this book

It's weird to me what he chooses to address in this book. Like he skips over what could add cool layers to the story, and focuses more on making sure we know Exactly What's Going On Strategically. Feels like I'm being talked down to.

Thank you, TV tropes, for the term Author Avatar. Because what I just read was the weirdest, most blatant self-masturbatory shit I think I've ever seen.

So, I had to look up what bothers me about this book to help me put a name to it. Actually, it's not just the fact that the words "so," "actually," and "just" are overused.

I really should've been tracking all the inconsistencies here from the beginning. They piss me off, but damn if they aren't so bad they're funny.

"Albus opens both doors with his wand." Uhh, ok but just like 20 pages ago his wand got snapped and left in 1995
