I was engaged with the first book in this series early on but am struggling to get into this second book.

I usually finish the books I start, but this just wasn’t holding my interest in print or audio. The female narrator sounds the same no matter the character she’s voicing, and something about the story just feels forced. I’m not even intrigued enough to find out whodunit.
