I think I was expecting something different LOL I thought this book was going to be more about why humans are so reliant on comfort and convenience nowadays, but though the author builds off of that point, he kind of goes in a whole different direction which is that we should all do something that scares us, and that should be nothing less than a Bear Grylls-esque month in the Alaskan wilderness
