Talking, headless liches. One armed liches, well technocally two arms since he attached the other one with a belt.

Ok this is the funniest part of the book. And that is saying something because Io and Nikola have continued nonstop woth the most ridiculous things and thoughts going between them. Nikola just cut off a liche's arm aand Io and the amputee are now talking about how shocked they are. Seriously, that has to be the most asinine thing ever.

Not sure if I really like Jade too well. She is followjng the same tired trail that so many heroines do. "I have to protect the big capable male who just killed 2 people with only a touch, but I am human and weak with no super abilities against a pack of shifters. So why wont he let me protect him." This mentality gets old really quick as you are thinking, oh come on!
