I love a lot of what she thinks about. But Chapter 9, she does not have statistically based points or based on studies; rather she gives opinions. We have to be careful to not just find agreeance with this opinions and do the research. I like the points she brings up, the difference between social settings in homeschool versus public school.

Great points to ponder. I enjoyed the journey to find religious strength. He pours his whole story out and the reply was, "Me too." lol. It's funny to listen to the audiobook because he laughs and story tells.

A re read throughout my whole life I predict.

I really needed to hear this last part.

I have been needing this book my whole life. I did not grow up learning a healthy balance of life in the 4 basic ways. When things got tough in schedule my parents retreated and pulled back almost all activity. As an adult I was so eager to do and try everything that thats not healthy either. I am just so thankful I bought this book. It makes clear and perfect sense to me.

I love these perspectives of Candace. So far it makes more sense to me than many other Christian mom authored books I have read. I was already a big fan of hers and Kirk's, now I can see why.

Amazing paradigm shift abound. White washed tomes and relationships section will stand out in my mind forever now.
