This genuinely feels like it can only end badly.

I forgot the part after the beginning. I remember the beginning very well - but then the adventure that comes after feels entirely new, like I've forgotten it entirely. So this feels less like a re-read and more like a new read.

This is somehow really eerie but nothing has happened yet.

Was really scared to start reading this because I liked the first one so much. But I think this is going to be great.

Every time I get a chance to sit upstairs in the library, I read a few poems. I wanted to get away today and find a book for my mom to read (she's on a Lily King kick right now), so I treated myself to a few poems after I found it.

Gryffindor won the Quidditch Cup! It was a happy moment for the only Gryffindor in the house (many years removed from its win)/

This is... maybe not for me. I'm listening to it but I am not feeling pulled to listen to it or engaged when I do. The 4 hours I have left to finish this feel like hours I am dreading.

Genuinely enjoying this more than I thought I would. This idea of womanhood needing to be defined as being a wife or a mother has always been a friction point for me. Seeing a different life, lived, and one where a woman is happy just feels nice.

This one is flying by! I like all of the little details here that aren't in the movie. Reading this out loud with someone who hasn't ever read HP is making me notice more things. Today, for example, it was called out that Gryffindor has gone 7 years without winning the Quidditch cup (yet every game that we read in the books is either delayed or they win).

This is so good this far. Reminds me of my favourite Jeff VanderMeer.

I couldn't get this from my library so I purchased it on Audible. It has been a nightmare to use the app and has kept losing my place. I feel annoyed like Murderbot that this stupid issue is getting in the way of my media.

This is going so slowly. Something about this book isn't working for me at all. I loved the first one in the series and inhaled the second one. This one is just so hard to pick up and care about.

This is somehow my least favourite SJM so far. Maybe I waited too late after reading the second one to get to this one. It's nice seeing my favourite characters from the other series - but I also am not seeing things from their perspective. So. They feel really far away.

I absolutely adore this series. Elements of this book touch on Hitler's Germany and oppressive governments (the whole series has this theme) is really hard to read at this time in America's timeline. I'm reading it and enjoying it, but it's hard to confront.

Relaxing meditations on humanity, environmentalism, mother earth and nature. This feels like reading the diaries of deep thinkers, who understand themselves and are aspiring for more depth.

This is really easy to read and engaging. It feels extremely fast paced. I'm not sure how we'll make it through all of the layers of Hell and close out this story?

This is turning out to be very much sweeter than I expected and heartwarming in a way that I don't expect from Stephen King.

I feel like I'm talking to Nif during a basketball game, but also somehow in slow motion. This book is a journal, a novel, a movie. I'm so thankful for it.

And to be reading this on the first day of the WNBA season? Kismet.

I finished book 1 and immediately started reading book 2. I feel so much joy being back in this world and spending time with the dreamers. And I do still miss Gansey and Blue, but in this world, they are alive.
