Future prediction: I’m three chapters in and I know the daughter will die of cancer at the end.

This book needs some serious editing. It jumps around all over the place, there’s no world building and it reads like fanfic as though you’re supposed to know the backstory without being given any of it. I had to stop listening to the audiobook because it’s impossible to understand anything. It’s very all over the place

This book literally won’t end.

Thoughts while reading:
1. Why on earth did she knowingly go out with mustard on her face?? Ew.

It’s a super easy read, there are funny moments but I’m 50% in and not that much has happened. Super slow burn.

Wtf is with this writing???
Also, it’s so obvious this author is a boomer. What biker guy drives a Porsche panamera over a classic car?????
Finally, her description of the FMC was so fucking weird? Big nose, too small mouth, rainbow eyes, butt chin? WTF lol none of that screams sexy

Why won’t they change the fml narrator on the audiobook - she’s so bad 😭😭😭😭

Putting this back on the tbr for now as it’s not gripping me.

Do not buy the audible version. The female narrator is terrible. Returned after not even 10 mins and I’m now going to try and find a physical copy
