GOD ELLE IS SO STUPID. if I wasn’t thiiiiiiiiis close to the end I would DNF I swear (I wouldn’t bc I love Parker and have completion anxiety) but if I didn’t have those two things I swear DNF!


The highest this book could get from me at this point is a 3.

Popping back in to say…he buys her favorite coffee shop to get her discontinued favorite scones back and make sure she gets her scones and coffee and preferred table every morning for her to sit and write at and she’s MAD? Parker marry me you don’t need Elle she sucks.

Elle is infuriating. I love Parker. If I could read the book for only the parts he’s included in, without Elle’s commentary, I would. I can not stannnddddd her holier than thou attitude and if she doesn’t have some personality growth soon I might not be able to keep going.

….I am forcing myself through this book. Parts of it are cute and fun but mostly I just want to slap Jennie.

Slowly making my way through this book because I’m not prepared for the emotional damage it’s going to bring me.

Almost 500 pages in and I’m still wracking my brain trying to figure out what the hell is going on. GIVE ME ANSWERS ALREADY

I shouldn’t be this far into a holiday romance without any sign of the romance starting. The conflict and banter is more annoying and frustrating when I think the goal was to show tension and chemistry. No chemistry. Only me banging my head against the wall wondering if I can keep reading
