Absolute cliche craps so far. I struggled to read much last year, had a good few months without kindle recommendations, then two books back and I think the recommendations are the cause of my reader b!ock. How the fcl is this trite "award winning" ?!!!

I think it's already obvious who the copycat is. And does the fact it has certain sentences almost identical /copycat to Red Dragon count as irony?!

Actually stunned by the level of ignorance and stupid of this author in relation to dogs!

I quite like this series, but nil the author's irrational, irresponsible and ignorant comments about dogs (seem to be especially poisonous against Rottweilers!) Are beginning to really get on my tits. There are no dangerous breeds, just stupid humans who give dogs a bad reputation. I've had Rottweilers, boxers, staffies. None vicious. In fact, the only dog I've been maliciously bitten by was a daschund.

Need to take a break from this one :(
