I cant tell if I love or hate this book

Oh I’m sick

There are too many perspective shifts in this book. And one of them I absolutely hate. Didn’t read this book for like two weeks because I couldn’t bring myself to start a certain characters chapter… 5 is too many. 5 groups and about 15 perspectives. Safe to say I am overwhelmed. Want this to read simpler if it is my book for fun rn.

I have been reading books that are appallingly long for so long that I don’t remember what it was like to finish a book for fun in less than a month

Love this book until Chaol starts talking about my girl Aelin and then I want to put his head through a wall. Like shuttt uppppppp. His whining pmo. New plot fire though.

My favorite thing about Sarah J Maas will always be the overwhelming amount of powerful female characters she writes

Call me fucking insane I guess but I have loved this book so much

Jeez finally finished the 200 page stretch of this book in the tandem read. Feel like I haven’t read TOD in like two weeks.

Feel like I’m absorbing books rn

I love the mysteriousness and multiple threads constantly pulling in this book but it is so hard to remember the little hints I keep getting to try and figure it out myself

This book has left me completely speechless at least five times in the past 100 pages. Sarah J Maas is actually a god. Genius. A masterpiece.
