have to reread this classic before teaching a Creative Nonfiction this fall!

I continue to find this book intriguing, but I need to put it on hold - I recently learned I am teaching a creative nonfiction workshop this fall, so I need to read writing/craft books more directly related to that topic.

I am not finishing this one, but not due to a lack of interest. I could only order it through intra-library loan, and I really need to get it back to avoid incurring a massive fee. However, this was fascinating and mind-bending. I hope to finish it one day and read more of Ahmed's work in feminist studies.

Excellent but dense. Inching along.

SOOOOO GOOD. Really clever, nimble prose, spooky/atmospheric, and a story that you can’t help but gobble up. Camille’s POV offers a speculative peek into the perspectives of #tradwife influencers; particularly striking were the descriptions of her husband, which reveal an eerie overfixation on his emotions and desires.
