The protagonist is scared of a spirit that is in his house called " The Hairyman". Apparently then "Hairyman" in his house is a bad spirit who hurts people. But he finds his "girragundji" which is a green frog that makes him feel safe and happy.

He also discovered vegetables at the back which wiped away his hunger.
