Interesting concept!

I’m really enjoying this one! As hard as it is to read about the plight of women during these three different time periods. And fucking Simon! Somehow I feel the strongest about him, maybe it’s because he’s the villain in the modern era and so hits closer to home in a sense?

It started getting interesting at around the 90 page mark.

Cozy fantasy with almost all female characters. Somewhat surprising coming from a male author - at least in my experience! A little slow, but I’m enjoying it.

A little over 16%. I had to move to the next chapter with the same POV so I could see what happened next 😂

Okayyy, this is a lot more interesting than I thought it would be. And I’ve laughed out loud a few times, too.

Taking a 2 second break from the Gild series to see if I like this book. Bought it ages ago at the airport and never actually read it. Finish or DNF, I’ll be bringing it to a little library near me afterwards.
