Oh my dog (see what I did there? ... no? Okay :/) This was so good!!! Such an interesting view of life back in those days, and I loved how readers got to see parts of the book from the wolf's perspective! This is so neat, the writing style is instantly intriguing, and I can't wait to see where the story goes from here!

It's interesting, but sort of stagnant at the moment. I feel like something will pick up soon though, and I'm certainly learning new scientific and NASA terms from this book!

Even better the second time around

The concept is interesting, and the main character is unique in her thought process, but I feel as though the plot is developing very slowly. I was so excited when I heard about this series and I thought it was going to be awesome and action packed, with badass time travelers, but so far I've found none of that. :/ I was really hoping I'd enjoy this book... maybe the plot will pick up later on ?

This is one of those books that really makes you think... Seriously love Hosseini's writing style however, and the story in itself is phenomenal.

Alright, Magnus is starting to grow on me a little...

I don't know about this one... I feel like he's trying to make it too much like Percy Jackson, just with a change of characters and a change of, well, myth.

Intriguing plot, that's for sure. It's pretty gruesome (not that I'm exactly complaining) and of course that's something to expect from Stephen King. I love the allusion, and all over metaphorical aspect of the book so far. I also enjoy that the main character contains secrets not et known by the reader - some of which he himself doesn't know he holds.
