The narrator of this audiobook is robotic. At first it sounded like an AI voice was reading; no inflection, strange pauses, awkward voice changes for characters.

The story is…choppy. It reads as if integral sections were edited out or lost in the process. There are time and logic gaps that don’t fit narratively. Lennon knows things that we have no idea where she learned them, as if conversations are missing.

This is one of the worst audiobook narrators I’ve ever listened to - stilted reading, strange pronunciations, terrible accent work. The first five books in the series are read by four different narrators. I’m looking forward to anyone else’s efforts going forward

Can’t be sure if it’s the narrator or author but the FMC name pronunciation is making me twitchy.
