Obsessed with this book it’s so cute but why are the chapters SO LONG

Got this book when visiting auschwitz last month so want to read it while it’s still fresh in my head

Feel like I haven’t read in so long, I’ve been so busy, fingers crossed this gets me out of my little slump

Finally feel this book is starting to pick up a little… taken me longer to get into it compared to the others in the series

I am NERVOUS

I need to read something from a series I already know I like to distract me from iron flame withdrawals…

I think this is the slowest Frieda McFadden book I’ve ever read? Nearly half way through and I feel like everything that’s happened so far could have easily happened in less than 100 pages without feeling rushed. I want to keep reading to see if it gets better and I do have hope because I usually like Frieda… but I’m bored 🥱

Loving this book maybe more than the first, I just don’t understand how people read it so fast I feel like I’ve been at it forever.

There’s so much going on though I feel like I need to fully concentrate 24/7 whilst reading or I’ll miss something important. Some of the politics and world building is very deep I’m not used to this kinda stuff hahaha

Actually forgot how much I love Xaden
