The book has been interesting so far I look forward reading the rest. The British vocabulary makes reading interesting, too. The writing (or layouting?) style feels a bit... odd. It feels like there should be a "pause" between some paragraphs, like the scene has changed or there's a time jump.

Listening to this book has been a bigger struggle than the first two books. I had over a month's break because I just couldn't cope with the story. I listened from 50 to 75 yesterday and tried to continue today. I've liked the series a lot but this third book has made me extra anxious and queasy. I just hate Carlton and his minions so much. I need to be in different headspace to continue with the rest of the book.

The book is sooo good.

The book has been so good. Even the narration I don't like much hasn't ruined the experience. The story is very slow burn and it's a bit (lot) unconventional. I just hit the second hand embarrassment scene that I have been expecting so I paused for the night before the whole thing started unraveling. I'll leave it for tomorrow.

The book is still a mess. There's so much miscommunication and both MCs change their minds within one scene/chapter. And by the half way point the emphasis/basis of the book shifted and it feels like their story restarted with completely/partly different challenges and reasons of angst.

I really like it so far! But why on earth this is my 3rd or 4th horse romance in a month or so?

I'm afraid there will be a lot of drama and angst regarding the guardianship of the kids.

I'm not sure if I can continue reading the book, especially Caz is such a terrible character. And they've discussed/thought about one thing back and forth for 100 pages now.
