Had to DNF Lout of the Count's Family. It's not even the book that's the issue it's the AUDIOBOOK lol. The audiobook is such a slog to get through. I can't do it. I'll probably buy the book later and finish it physically cause the story was fun and I liked the characters, but oh man. What a bad audiobook.

Lol I always try to keep three books going at once and I finally started a third one. I usually like to do an audiobook, a physical book, and then a comic or manga.

Just finished the Ruiqiang arc! That was wild?? It felt kind of fantasy/sci fi. Like an old planet if the apes movie lol. Also was not expecting Yan Wushi to have all these personalities. On the one hand it’s really fun, but on the other hand I really loved YW BECAUSE he was such a jerk lol. I wanted to see how THAT person would fall for SQ. Perhaps there’s still more of this callous person to see…

Not bad, but I don't think I'm enjoying the rhyming narrative lol! makes it feel really kiddish imo

Almost done! I’m really enjoying this one. Waaaay better than the author’s first novel lol

God I love how Shen Qiao stood up to Yu Ai at the inn. It’s so satisfying to see him call him out and in front of so many people too! Maybe the world will finally know what SQ was poisoned and that Yu Ai is the reason he lost that battle with Kunye.

Listening to the audiobook of this! It's not bad! It's entertaining at the least if you want a cheesy anime love story lol!

Very excited to read this book lol! Mostly chose it cause it's very short and my friend really loves Ali Hazelwood.
